Whenever you play through or analyse games, various options are available to you for extending the existing repertoire. If, for example, you wish to integrate complete variations you can do so easily by highlighting a move in the board window as “My Move”.

 

You will find the tools for this at the bottom of the notation window.

 

Example

 

This takes into the repertoire the complete sequence of moves up to the move highlighted. That saves you the painstaking manual input of complete variation trees.

 

Highlighted in red are the three relevant function buttons.

 

If you hover over a button with the mouse the tool tip shows you the function in text form.
