If you load a game from a games list into the board window, an Evaluation profile is automatically created for the said game. Users of Fritz are familiar with this helpful guidance. Using the evaluation of positions the program shows in graphical format the course of the game; with it the user can spot at a glance the point at which “the game swung one way or the other”.

 

In this version of the program the evaluation profile shows transitions, the transition from opening to middlegame then to endgame. The following illustration shows the marks for this with red frames.
