Safety first is of course the watch word when you work on a repertoire. A rash click can lead to parts of a repertoire being unintentionally deleted. So, make good use of the possibility of regularly saving backup copies!

When the repertoire tree has been loaded you can save it to any database you wish.

Click on File – Save game as and then select the database you wish. The repertoire is then saved within the database like any other game notation.

Via the menu item Training – Upload to My Moves you can transfer the backup copy back on to the server!
