When you are playing Chess Media files there are two function buttons which allow you move forwards and backwards within the video in 10 second steps.

 

 

If you are looking at the videos on a small screen (notebook), a double click on the dark area lets you quickly switch between the layout with all the function buttons and the space saving view. To switch back to the standard layout another double click on the edge of the window is what you need.
