In the lower right corner of the reference window, you will find a switch that filters the games in the reference search by Elo and year.

Alternatively, you can filter by the marker "Good Games," which also includes strong historical players.

This allows you to conveniently narrow down the search and all statistics, for example, to current strong grandmaster games or historical games from an old World Championship match. You can also discover which openings perform poorly for amateurs playing White against 1.e4. When the filter is active, the button appears in color.

The "Played" column in the output window of the reference indicates the years in which the variation was played, both with and without the filter applied. Additionally, it shows the draw width of the move.

Second Reference Search for Preparation Against White/Black

During player preparation (Database List -> Tab Player -> Prepare Against White/Black), the reference search analyzes the games of the prepared player. There is now an additional notation tab "Reference (2)," which searches for the current position in the reference database, allowing for a quicker comparison of the examined player's statistics with the current state of theory.

This new tab for reference searching is also available in the "Opening Reference from Games" function (right-click on selected games in the list).
