This powerful search option in combination with the new data format offers an especially easy way to find games with predefined positional motifs. The dialog Build position is started and you can simply enter a certain material constellation by setting the pieces.

In the right part of the window, all games in the database are listed in which this constellation has occurred.

 

 

By clicking on a list entry you can easily extend the search criteria. On the board always the first game constellation is built, in which the search criterion occurred.

 

On the input board you can further refine or change the search criterion by removing or repositioning the pieces.
